Max Fitness State Privacy Policy Rights

This page has extra information for people in places with their own data privacy rules. Please read this together with our Privacy Policy.

“Personal information” means any data that can identify you, describe you, or be linked to you, directly or indirectly, including what the law calls “personal data.”

1. California Residents

California law requires us to tell you:

  • We collect different types of personal information.

  • We share some of that info (called “sell or share”) with marketing partners, data providers, advertisers, and social platforms.

  • We share info only with:

    • Other Max Fitness locations or companies we own.

    • Outside service providers (like IT or payment vendors) who must follow our rules.

  • “Sell or share” means we let non‑affiliated companies use your info for their own ads and needs.

  • You can opt out of this sharing through the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link or by following instructions in the “Your Rights” section.

We’ll keep your data as long as we need it to run the gym, follow the law, or until you opt out of marketing.

2. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state, you may have these rights:

  • Know what info we collect and where it comes from

  • Get a list of who we share it with

  • Download your data

  • Delete your data (with some limits)

  • Correct mistakes

  • Opt out of certain uses, like targeted ads or selling/sharing info

  • Stop automated decision-making

We might ask you to verify who you are before we respond. You can use a tool like Global Privacy Control to opt out automatically.

3. Nevada Residents

You can opt out of sale or sharing under Nevada law. We do not sell your info under Nevada’s definition. Contact us at maxfitnessclemson@gmail.com for more.

4. For EU, UK & Swiss Residents

We follow GDPR and similar laws:
